BOOKING POLICY

Base rate and additional fees :

-The base rate is for 6 people or less (additional charge of $60 per night per additional person).

-A cleaning fee of $240 applies to all rentals.

-Minimum length of stay : A minimum stay of 2 nights applies at all times. We do not offer daily rentals. Full week or 5 nights during the high season. Weekends: Rentals are from Friday to Sunday (or Friday to Monday, or Thursday to Sunday). No arrivals or departures on Saturdays.

-Number of persons : Guests agree to respect the number of persons specified in the rental agreement. The number of occupants will be strictly monitored. A penalty of $200 per night will be charged for any person not declared on the rental agreement.

-Payment Requirements : A 50% credit card deposit/Paypal (4% admin fee) or interac (no fee) is required at the time of booking to secure the dates on our website.

Final payment for the stay is payable by e-Interac (no fee) or credit card (4% admin fee) 15 days prior to arrival.

-A refundable security deposit of $2000 is payable by e-Interac (no charge) 15 days prior to arrival and will be released within 48 hours of departure, if no damage is found and the cottage is returned in the same condition as on arrival.

-Cancellation policy (excluding COVID-19):

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival: no charge (refund of reservation deposit).

Cancellation between 15 and 60 days prior to arrival: 50% penalty (loss of reservation deposit).

Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: no refund.

Other applicable fees :

A 4% administration fee applies to credit card payments.

A $60 bank fee applies for international money transfers.

-Arrival and departure times : Arrival time is after 4pm. Departure time is 11am.
