A modern chalet with a minimalist, uncluttered design designed for relaxation, Chalet l'Aurore is located right on the shores of Fiddler Lake (no motors), only 45 minutes from Montreal.
The cottage has a breathtaking 180 degree view of the lake and its wooded areas through its large glass backyard. Experience great comfort in the middle of nature with unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi connection (Fibre), great activities at the lake, on the grounds and nearby! Chalet L'aurore has direct access to the lake, with a large, totally private dock with chairs for relaxing, two double kayaks and a paddleboard available (life jackets provided).
The chalet has air-conditioning in the main room and is protected by an alarm system linked to the central station as well as a camera system on the outside.
Please note the chalet rules, applicable to all participants:
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet ;
2. Animals are not allowed ;
3. Parties are strictly forbidden ;
4. For reasons of safety, respect for the neighbourhood and the capacity of the septic and sanitary installations, we require that the number of persons stated on the agreement be respected at all times by the tenants ;
5. Fireworks are prohibited at all times due to the high risk of fire and noise pollution ;
6. No exterior sound system is permitted outside the cottage and/or on the dock ;
7. Fiddler Lake is an ecological lake and motorized boats are not permitted. To avoid the contamination of blue-green algae from other lakes, any launch of a boat other than those provided is forbidden ;
8. Open fires are strictly forbidden. Outdoor fires must be made in the fireplace provided for this purpose ;
9. The installation of tents and/or campers or caravans on the site is strictly prohibited ;
10. We cannot be held responsible for any accident in the chalet, the SPA, on the grounds or on the lake ;
11. Sub-letting is strictly forbidden ;
12. The quiet of the premises must be respected at all times. No excessive noise outside after 10pm ;
13. No illegal broadcasting on the internet ;
14. As a security measure for the chalet, surveillance cameras are installed outside the property ;
15. To put into practice the instructions related to the use of the SPA, the billiard table, the boats...
Please note that in the event of non-compliance with these rules, we reserve the right to withhold part or all of the security deposit. By booking directly on our website or on any other partner platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these rules, as well as all persons accompanying you.
